Board Policies

In the 2017-2022 strategic plan, the Board identified organizational development as a priority of the association. As such, The Board adopted a Policy structure to ensure the long-term goals of the association are met.

MCAM Board Policies define association goals, effective governance processes, the relationship between the Board and MCAM staff as well as the expectations of the Executive Director. Board Policies are consistent with the expectations of the membership outlined in the Association Bylaws.
